Instantly Pricing 2026: Plans, Sending Limits & Costs

Instantly pricing guide with cold email sending, contacts and campaign performance

Instantly is an outbound email platform that combines campaign sending, mailbox warmup, lead data and deliverability tools. Its pricing is mainly driven by sending volume, uploaded contacts and the amount of infrastructure you need.

Instantly Pricing at a Glance

PlanMonthly priceEmail sendsUploaded contacts
Growth$475,000/month1,000
Hypergrowth$97125,000/month25,000
Light Speed$358500,000/month100,000
EnterpriseCustom500,000+100,000+

Instantly also sells separate lead-data credits and higher-level bundles, so the outreach plan may not be your entire monthly software cost.

Instantly Growth Plan

Growth is the entry-level outreach plan. It includes unlimited email accounts, unlimited email warmup, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails per month.

That can be enough for a small outbound setup or for testing the platform before committing to a larger send volume. The main constraint is the relatively low monthly send and contact allowance.

Instantly Hypergrowth Pricing

Hypergrowth costs $97 per month on the current monthly pricing page. It raises capacity substantially to 125,000 monthly emails and 25,000 uploaded contacts, while keeping unlimited email accounts and warmup.

For many users, Hypergrowth is the most important comparison because the jump from Growth is relatively small in price but large in sending capacity.

What Does Light Speed Add?

Light Speed is a much larger step at $358 per month. It includes 500,000 monthly emails, 100,000 uploaded contacts and Instantly’s SISR infrastructure.

Instantly describes SISR as server and IP sharding and rotation designed to separate and manage sending infrastructure at larger scale. If you do not need that volume or infrastructure layer, the jump from Hypergrowth to Light Speed may be difficult to justify.

Instantly Enterprise Pricing

Enterprise pricing is custom. It is intended for teams that need more than 500,000 monthly emails, more than 100,000 uploaded contacts and private deliverability infrastructure.

At that level, published list prices become less useful because the actual quote depends on volume and infrastructure requirements.

Annual Instantly Pricing

Instantly shows lower effective monthly prices when you choose annual billing. The current pricing page lists Growth at about $37.60 per month and Hypergrowth at about $77.60 per month on annual billing, with Light Speed also discounted.

Annual billing makes the most sense after you have already tested your sending workflow and know which limit you actually need.

Are Lead Credits Included?

Instantly separates outreach sending from some of its lead-data and credit products. The platform advertises a large B2B lead database and sells plans or bundles that include Instantly credits.

That means two users on the same Outreach plan can still have different total monthly costs depending on whether they also buy lead data, AI features or higher-level bundles.

Which Instantly Plan Fits?

  • Growth: small campaigns and platform testing.
  • Hypergrowth: regular outbound with much higher monthly sending volume.
  • Light Speed: high-volume sending that needs Instantly’s added infrastructure layer.
  • Enterprise: custom scale beyond the published limits.

The key question is not simply which plan has more features. Look at how many contacts you actually upload each month and how many emails your campaigns realistically send.

Instantly vs Smartlead Pricing

Both platforms use flat platform pricing rather than charging for every mailbox, but their limits and upgrade paths are different. Smartlead starts lower at $39 per month, while Instantly Growth starts at $47. At higher volume, compare contact limits, sending capacity and any infrastructure or deliverability add-ons rather than looking only at the entry price.
